Nancy Proctor's name was given to me by several people in the area. I heard she was friendly, knowledgeable, and very successful at sales .I went in to the process very confident, and was not disappointed.

I have used Nancy twice now to sell houses for me and have been extremely satisfied both times. The first house she sold for us we had previously had listed with a different agency and could not move the house. Nancy was able to move it fairly quickly. I would highly recommend her.

Our experience with Nancy and the Masiello Group in Keene can only be described as smooth and professional. Nancy is very good at listening to our goals and then reacting very quickly in setting up and executing a marketing plan. Two days after signing the contract the announcement of our property was posted everywhere! The first fish took the bait within five days and was reeled in after just eight days after our signing the contract with Nancy. She is tops at rapid response to client questions and concerns and always seems to be at least one step ahead of what's happening. She seems to have a perspective on selling that only years of experience can bring. The result is that we got our asking price and closed within 30 days.

Nancy was extremely helpful from the moment of our first conversation. I knew right away that I was choosing the broker right for me! Nancy knew a lot about the community of Keene and the specific neighborhood around the house I ultimately bought. She was honest and trustworthy about my selection. During the initial viewing, she asked specific questions to the seller's broker. I knew she had my best interest at heart, She noticed specific details during inspection and made sure they were included in the report. She also made sure that safety precautions were addressed to my specific needs and noted in the report. I wish there was an "above excellent" column!!
