My husband and I were relocating to the Keene, NH area for a new job opportunity. With the location being new to us, it was important to find a local realtor who knew the area and could answer all kinds of questions! Nancy fit this bill perfectly! I sent Nancy a list of requirements and nice to haves and she went to work with her magic. We arrived in town for a weekend to look at houses and it was almost like she had known us for years! By the end of the weekend we had found our dream home, had all our local questions answered and were ready to put in an offer! We also used a local mortgage company that Nancy recommended. We have known Nancy for years. We know she is professional, knowledgeable and no matter how busy she is she gets the job done. Nancy was always available and always returned calls! Nancy worked very hard to get our home sold quickly.

We searched on line and then checked with several Keene residents on which realty office was the best and Masiello Group was the clear choice of many people. Our realtor, in Portland, Maine checked for us prior to selecting Nancy and he said she was the best. We met with one other realtor in the firm before working with Nancy. That person did not listen or hear us out on our needs. In addition, she lectured us and did not even suggest looking at some properties while we were meeting with her.. We wrote to her and said it just was not a good fit. Nancy made herself available to us 24/7 it seemed which was really above and beyond the call of duty to say the least. Her knowledge of the area and keen eye on all aspects of the local real estate market was amazing and served us very well. Nancy Proctor is tops in all respects in regard to real estate in this area. She bright, knows the market, listens well and has a dry but wonderful sense of humor. She will serve a prospective buyer well and assist in getting a good deal and she manages all the paper work and administrative stuff with efficiency and with clarity. She anticipates well and goes out of her way to insure the buyer that they are getting the best deal she can secure. She advocated for us with several extensions on the contract tied to the sale of our home in Portland. She got the best inspector in Mike from whom we learned a ton about our house and other considerations critical to assuring us of what we were getting. She knows inspectors in and out and got the best one for us available. She always was ahead on making suggestions in terms other personnel, roofers, and would remind us, without being too pushy, to call back or keep at it. That was a real plus our time constraints trying to sell a house and buy one at the same time. The fact that the Masiello group has financing, insurance and title services under one roof was a huge plus for us and we are sure for other people as well. Greg Curry is just astounding and outstanding in all respects and we really appreciated his sense of humor and professional advice for us at each stage of working out financing.

A realtor friend in Portsmouth, NH, the area from which I relocated, gave me Nancy's name and number. Nancy definitely seems to know what she is doing, probably because of years of experience. The real estate business reminds me of the car business.
